إيماناً بأن الطفل المبدع هو حجر الأساس في بناء مستقبل الثقافة والفنون، تعلن جاليري إطلالة اللويبدة للفنون التشكيلية عن قرب إطلاق جائزة الفنان التشكيلي كمال أبو حلاوة للأطفال، وهي مبادرة ثقافية وفنية تنطلق من رؤية تؤمن بأهمية اكتشاف المواهب الحقيقية ورعايتها وتطويرها ضمن بيئة إبداعية عادلة ومحفزة.
تأتي هذه الجائزة امتداداً لمسيرة الفنان التشكيلي الأردني كمال أبو حلاوة، الذي كرّس جزءاً كبيراً من جهده وخبرته لدعم الأطفال والشباب والمواهب الناشئة، من خلال مشاركاته في لجان التحكيم، وتنظيم الورش الفنية التطوعية، والإسهام في المبادرات الثقافية والتنموية التي هدفت إلى تعزيز الثقافة البصرية وتطوير الذائقة الفنية لدى الأجيال الجديدة.
ولا تسعى الجائزة إلى تكريم المواهب فحسب، بل إلى خلق تجربة فنية متكاملة تفتح أمام الأطفال آفاقاً جديدة من الإبداع والتعلم والتنافس الشريف، وتمنحهم الفرصة لتقديم قدراتهم الحقيقية ضمن منظومة مهنية تعتمد معايير واضحة وعادلة في التقييم والاختيار.
وستُقام الجائزة وفق رؤية مبتكرة تعتمد على مراحل من التصفيات وصولاً إلى منافسات مباشرة بين المشاركين المتأهلين، بما يضمن تحقيق أعلى درجات الشفافية والمصداقية، ويمنح الأطفال تجربة استثنائية تسهم في بناء شخصياتهم الإبداعية وتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم.
إن هذه المبادرة تنطلق من إيمان راسخ بأن رعاية الطفل الموهوب اليوم هي استثمار حقيقي في مستقبل الفن الأردني والعربي، وأن منح الفرصة للمواهب الصغيرة للاكتشاف والتطور هو الطريق نحو صناعة جيل جديد قادر على حمل الإرث الثقافي والفني برؤية معاصرة ومبتكرة.
وسيتم الإعلان خلال الفترة المقبلة عن جميع التفاصيل المتعلقة بآليات المشاركة، وفئات الجائزة، وأعضاء لجان التحكيم، والبرنامج التنفيذي الكامل، بعد استكمال جميع الترتيبات الفنية والإدارية والتنظيمية.

Believing that every creative child represents a cornerstone in shaping the future of culture and the arts, Al-Weibdeh Art Gallery for Visual Arts proudly announces the upcoming launch of the Kamal Abu Halawah Children’s Art Award, a cultural and artistic initiative dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and empowering genuine young talents through a fair, inspiring, and professional creative environment.
This award reflects the long-standing journey of Jordanian visual artist Kamal Abu Halawah, whose career has been closely connected to supporting children, youth, and emerging talents through jury memberships, voluntary art workshops, educational initiatives, and cultural programs aimed at promoting visual literacy and artistic awareness among younger generations.
More than a competition, the award seeks to create a meaningful artistic experience that encourages creativity, learning, self-expression, and healthy competition, while providing children with a platform to showcase their talents according to transparent and professional standards.
The competition will introduce an innovative format based on qualification stages followed by live competitive rounds among selected participants, ensuring fairness, credibility, and an inspiring experience that contributes to building confidence, artistic identity, and creative excellence.
This initiative is founded on the belief that investing in talented children today is an investment in the future of Jordanian and Arab art, and that supporting young creators is the first step toward building a generation capable of preserving artistic heritage while shaping a contemporary and innovative cultural future.
